Boudoir at London Fashion Week Show Report

The second edition of Boudoir at London Fashion Week followed the success of the September 2009 event, but how did the latest outing for LFW’s first lingerie exhibition go?

Lingerie featured for the first time as an on-schedule event at London Fashion Week.

Boudoir at London Fashion Week has been labelled a success following a strong attendance of press and buyers.

- 1,800 visitors headed to the Portico Rooms at Somerset House to see the brands exhibiting.

- Key buyers included ASOS, Urban Outfitters, Le Bon Marche and Rigby and Peller.

- Most of the brands in attendance at the show had successfully gained orders and expanded their portfolios as well as raising their profiles thanks to a large attendance of key press at LFW, making the point to visit the lingerie showroom.

- These included visitors from Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Vainty Fair, Harpers and In Style. The event was followed with coverage of the Boudoir video Underworld on Vogue
